Ramadan and Eid events in Qatar

Ramadan and Eid are the moments when public venues come alive. Artista designs and manages entertainment programmes that bring families together, with performers, activities and atmosphere that fit the occasion.

We managed the entertainment programme for Lusail Boulevard during Ramadan and Eid 2024 and during Ramadan at Grengao, delivered the Tehlaya Festival for Ramadan from concept to operation and marketing, and ran entertainment activities for Eid 2025 at Old Doha Port.

The programme is built around the venue and the audience: traditional performances, musicians, storytelling and hands-on activities such as henna and tea service, together with the technical production that keeps everything running.

Planning for a public venue

Public venues need careful scheduling and crowd flow. We plan the agenda, positions and technical needs, and keep on-site supervision and contingency plans in place for every day of the programme.
